PROPOSED RULE AMENDMENTS
The Board did not adopt the Planting License or eliminate the CEH business or technical categories or the pre-approval process. These rule amendments will again be discussed at the March 16, 2011 Board meeting. The public comment period has been closed and no further public comment will be taken.
NEW CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS & CHANGE ORDERS
RULE AMENDMENTS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2012
The Board adopted several rule amendments to be effective January 1, 2012.
